Honest Catch-Up: My Mental Health is Much Better

The Honest Catch-Up is a recurring segment on the Zoey Black YouTube channel that focuses on mental health and wellbeing. They are raw honest conversations that speak to aspects of identity and health through a queer, trans lens.

Some topics include learning and understanding changes in your body from hormonal therapy, the mental and social difficulty that this presents, issues around anxiety, depression, dysphoria, stigma, discrimination, and learning how to look after yourself.

In this video, Zoey talks about improving her mental health and moving from being burnt out and depressed to a space of wellness and lightness.
