An Honest Catch-Up & Mental Health Update (mtf transition) | Work Stress, Hormones, Moving House

Welcome to another honest catch -up about my mental health and how I'm doing both mentally and physically. We're also talk a bit how my mtf transition is going and the body changes I'm experiencing.

As a transgender person, mental health has been so important to me. Over the years, I've struggled with things such as anxiety, depression, body and gender dysphoria, and other traumas. The stress of being so publicly visible can also take an emotional toll, especially with persistent stigma and discrimination being constant.

So I started this series of vids to have open and honest conversations about my mental health and wellness, and hopefully it helps you or someone you know.
