An Honest Catch-Up & Mental Health Update (mtf transition) | VLOGMAS Day 2

Welcome to VLOGMAS Day 2. Today we're talking about mental health and speaking honestly about how I'm doing both mentally and emotionally. We're also talk a bit how my mtf transition is going.

As a transgender person, mental health has been so important to me. Over the years, I've struggled with things such as anxiety, depression, body and gender dysphoria, and other traumas. The stress of being so publically visible can also take an emotional toll, especially with persistent stigma and discrimination being constant.

So here I am, having an honest conversation about my mental health and wellness.
